They Always Show These Programs and Resources but Always When It's Too Late... Or When You Call the Different Resources They Never Have Openings When You Need the Help the Most,... So On That Note, Homelessness Rises The Substance Abuse Rise because people use drugs or alcohol to cope and than the overdose and suicide rates rise because of the substance abuse from trying to cope with life's B.S.
